Personalized Medicine Scientist Joins Dynamics Intelligence's Advisory Board

Mahjoubeh Jalali is a Postdoctoral Researcher for the Pacific Northwest Research Institute in Seattle, WA. She brings ten(10) years of research expertise to the Dynamics Intelligence team in the field of bioinformatics with the majority of that experience being at the South African National Bioinformatics Institute. One of her research projects focused on the transcriptomics of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The same institution later published an article detailing a link between PTSD and gut bacteria this past September.

In 2013, Jalali published her thesis titled "Application of Whole Exome Sequencing and Biomedical Knowledge Discovery in Clinical Diagnostics, Disease Risk Prediction and Personalized Medicine", placing her at the forefront of personalized medicine. Personalized medicine has its challenges in the United States due to the lack of interoperability between clinical systems and research systems. Dynamics Intelligence's intelligent healthcare system solves this problem through its proprietary architectural design.

"I am huge fan of Mahjoubeh's work as it fits inline with many of the objectives of our intelligent healthcare system which combines research data along with clinical records. We believe this type of big data analysis will lead to even more discoveries. Our ResearchR Studio provides researchers with a tool they can use to conduct this research faster and more easily," said Jenna Bourgeois, CEO of Dynamics Intelligence.

Jalali currently works as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Bioinformatics at the Pacific Northwest Research Institute (PNRI) in Seattle. She attained her formal education at the South African National Bioinformatics Institute (SANBI), the University of Stellenbosch, and Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland which are all in South Africa.

Over the last few months, Dynamics Intelligence has built an incredibly talented team that includes over five(5) PhD's, each with a different research specialty.

"It is very important that we have access to subject matter experts such as Mahjoubeh to ensure that we have built a high quality application," continued Bourgeois.

Dynamics Intelligence is currently in the process of obtaining their seed funding round and if successful believes that the ResearchR Studio could ship this year. Dynamics Intelligence is a global technology firm and Microsoft partner that specializes in the healthcare and public sector vertical industries with offices in the US, Canada and affiliate offices in UK, UAE, and Brazil.
