Carol Ferguson, a Customer Experience (CX) expert, joins the Dynamics Intelligence Advisory Board. Carol brings with her over 25 years of industry experience primarily within the restaurant/hospitality industry as well as the telecom/wireless industry. Carol's most recent experience included serving as a senior manager at Yum Brands (Pizza Hut) and her past projects included applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the Customer Experience (CX). Carol is also available for our delivery team as a Customer Experience Solutions Architect.
